Kering Eyewear Junior Trade Marketing Specialist

- Coordinate with Markets and Channels to define and implement Trade Marketing strategies and plans, ensuring brand visibility and adherence to guidelines.
- Facilitate continuous communication with Markets and Channels to ensure the execution of Trade Marketing plans and achievement of objectives.
- Monitor investments in Trade Marketing activities across Markets and Channels.
- Share best practices of Trade Marketing activities for replication in various geographies.
- Collect feedback and requests from Markets and Channels through visits and interactions with sales teams and customers.
- Analyze and communicate results to key stakeholders at Market and Channel levels.
- Coordinate stakeholders in all Trade Marketing activities.
- Promote customer orientation to meet their needs and expectations consistently.
- Define long and medium-term Trade Marketing plans aligned with the company vision and oversee their approval and implementation.
- Manage the annual marketing budget, guiding BTL investments and monitoring their effectiveness.
- Develop guidelines for Trade material distribution and facilitate their implementation.
- Monitor and analyze competitor Trade Marketing activities both locally and internationally.
- Manage forecasting and timelines for Trade Marketing tools implementation.
- Relevant master's or bachelor's degree
- Newly graduated or up to 1 year of relevant work experience
- Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently
- Proficient in working with cross-functional teams
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong project management and multitasking abilities
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Italian is advantageous
