Kering Eyewear Junior Trade Marketing Manager

- Collaborate in defining and executing the annual Trade Marketing plan for the designated area.
- Coordinate Institutional/Seasonal activities and special projects with distributors in the relevant area.
- Work with EMEA distributors to forecast trade tools and plan implementation timelines for each activity across Kering Eyewear brands.
- Facilitate and coordinate the delivery of Trade Marketing materials in the relevant area.
- Independently manage operational requests related to in-store visibility, ensuring alignment with company guidelines and the global Marketing Calendar.
- Support the organization of sales events and training activities for the channel.
- Ensure activities are executed in accordance with Corporate Marketing guidelines.
- Guarantee smooth and effective processes while providing specific support to commercial activities.
- Analyze sales and performance results and prepare reporting for the area, particularly during key moments.
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Management, Economics, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in a similar role within a dynamic and fast-moving industry.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in English and Italian; knowledge of French is a plus.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Dynamic, proactive, and flexible with a natural curiosity and commitment to teamwork.
3 years of experience in a similar role within a dynamic and fast-moving industry.
Master’s degree in Marketing, Management, Economics, or a related field.
