1. Collaborate in defining and executing the annual Trade Marketing plan for the designated area.
2. Coordinate Institutional/Seasonal activities and special projects with distributors in the relevant area.
3. Work with EMEA distributors to forecast trade tools and plan implementation timelines for Kering Eyewear brands.
4. Facilitate and coordinate the delivery of Trade Marketing materials in the relevant area.
5. Independently manage operational requests related to in-store visibility, ensuring alignment with company guidelines and the global Marketing Calendar.
6. Support the organization of sales events and training activities for the channel.
7. Ensure execution of activities in accordance with Corporate Marketing guidelines.
8. Guarantee smooth and effective processes while providing support to commercial activities.
9. Analyze sales and performance results and prepare reports for the area, particularly during key moments.

1. Master’s degree in Marketing, Management, Economics, or a related field.
2. 3 years of experience in a similar role within a dynamic and fast-moving industry.

1. Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Fluency in English and Italian; knowledge of French is a plus.
3. Dynamic, proactive, and flexible with a commitment to teamwork.
4. Strong organizational and analytical skills.

A minimum of 3 years in a similar role within a dynamic and fast-paced industry is required.
