Kering Eyewear Junior Trade Marketing Manager

- Manage the development and launch of comprehensive marketing projects within the Travel Retail EMEA channel, adhering to marketing and communication guidelines.
- Negotiate annual marketing plans with Travel Retail EMEA channel clients in collaboration with the Sales Manager, ensuring effective implementation within the assigned budget.
- Monitor and account for the BTL budget.
- Visit key points of sale regularly to assess assortment strategy effectiveness, deliver training to store staff, and discuss improvement actions with clients to maximize sell-out.
- Support the development and execution of global/local sales campaigns and trade fairs.
- Prepare internal and external briefings, presentations, visibility reports, sell-out reports, and track budgets.
- Oversee production and installation of materials for promotional activities, coordinating with internal teams, external agencies, contractors, and client contacts.
- Contribute to the development of a multichannel strategy for clients.
- Support the creation of innovative Trade Marketing tools to enhance brand performance.
- Ensure implementation of visual updates and POP materials in compliance with brand guidelines.
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Management, Economics, or a related field
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluency in English and Italian
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Dynamic, proactive, and flexible
- Commitment to teamwork
3 to 4 years of experience in a similar role within a dynamic and fast-paced industry.
Master’s degree in Marketing, Management, Economics, or a related field
