Kering Eyewear Junior Order Portfolio Analyst

- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure timely processing of new account conversions in SAP.
- Manage account maintenance requests, including ownership changes, prospect accounts, and acquisitions.
- Utilize CRM, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Power BI, and other databases for ticket creation, credit processing, and master data updates.
- Prepare weekly prospect reports to analyze and recommend improvements for conversion rates and profitability.
- Present monthly prospect analytics to district managers and credit teams to maintain order portfolio consistency.
- Coordinate with brand ambassadors and sales support for expedited delivery of domestic and international orders.
- Participate in weekly portfolio calls with the Commercial Optical Sales Team and other departments.
- Define parameters for the Commercial Team to maintain a clean portfolio.
- Support the Credit team in managing orders on credit block and pre-pay.
- Update the OS Portfolio Operative in real-time, detailing process flows for Prospect New Account Setup and Master Data Management.
- Enter new account POP orders and monitor the North American Optical Sales Channel portfolio.
- Enhance and adhere to internal procedures and systems to elevate the luxury experience.
- Participate in ad hoc sales-related activities, including sales events and projects.
- Ensure completion of the DM Checklist and collaborate with the commercial team as needed.
- Apply the DM checklist systematically and ensure timely release of new account orders.
- Communicate with Customer Service once accounts are activated to initiate the Customer Welcome Kit.
- Manage Buying Group and Alliance Account updates, including master data maintenance and verification.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or business administration, or equivalent business experience.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in French is advantageous.
- Proven working knowledge of SAP and BI is advantageous.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Bachelor's degree in accounting or business administration, or equivalent business experience.
