1. Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure timely processing of new account conversions in SAP.
2. Manage account maintenance requests, including ownership changes, prospect accounts, and acquisitions.
3. Utilize CRM, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Power BI, and other databases for ticket creation, credit processing, and master data updates.
4. Prepare weekly prospect reports to analyze and recommend improvements for conversion rates and profitability.
5. Present monthly prospect analytics to district managers and credit teams to maintain order portfolio consistency.
6. Coordinate with brand ambassadors and sales support for expedited delivery of domestic and international orders.
7. Participate in weekly portfolio calls with the Commercial Optical Sales Team and other departments.
8. Define parameters for the Commercial Team to maintain a clean portfolio.
9. Support the Credit team in managing orders on credit block and pre-pay.
10. Update the OS Portfolio Operative in real-time, detailing process flows for Prospect New Account Setup and Master Data Management.
11. Enter new account POP orders and monitor the North American Optical Sales Channel portfolio.
12. Enhance and adhere to internal procedures and systems to elevate the luxury experience.
13. Participate in ad hoc sales-related activities, including sales events and projects.
14. Ensure completion of the DM Checklist and collaborate with the commercial team as needed.
15. Apply the DM checklist systematically and ensure timely release of new account orders.
16. Communicate with Customer Service once accounts are activated to initiate the Customer Welcome Kit.
17. Manage Buying Group and Alliance Account updates, including master data maintenance and verification.

1. Bachelor's degree in accounting or business administration, or equivalent business experience.

1. Fluency in English; proficiency in French is advantageous.
2. Proven working knowledge of SAP and BI is advantageous.
3. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
4. In-depth understanding of order-to-cash flows.

Relevant experience in a similar role, preferably within the luxury fashion or eyewear industry.

Bachelor's degree in accounting or business administration, or equivalent business experience.
