1. Manage North America OS Prospect New Account Setup and Master Data Account Management.
2. Ensure timely processing of new account conversions in SAP.
3. Handle account maintenance requests, ownership changes, and acquisitions.
4. Utilize CRM, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, and Power BI for data management.
5. Prepare weekly prospect reports and provide analysis for improvement.
6. Present monthly prospect analytics to district and credit managers.
7. Communicate with brand ambassadors and sales support for order delivery.
8. Participate in weekly Portfolio calls with various teams.
9. Support credit management for orders on credit block and pre-pay.
10. Update OS Portfolio Operative with process flow details.
11. Enter new account POP orders and monitor the portfolio.
12. Enhance internal procedures to elevate the luxury experience.
13. Participate in sales events and projects as needed.
14. Ensure completion of DM Checklist and timely new account order release.
15. Communicate account activations to Customer Service.
16. Manage Buying Group and Alliance Account updates and verifications.

1. Bachelor's degree in accounting or business administration, or equivalent experience.
2. Fluent in English; French is an advantage.
