Kering Eyewear Junior Marketing Controller

- Create and maintain regular marketing performance, budgeting, and market intelligence reports using tools such as Power BI, Formwork, BPC, and SAP.
- Support the implementation of automated reporting processes to enhance efficiency across functions.
- Provide daily support to marketing teams by conducting ad hoc analyses, reviewing invoices, supervising purchase requisition flow, and tracking capital expenditure.
- Align with finance teams to analyze financial data, provide financial guidance, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling tools to optimize resource utilization.
- Monitor CAPEX-managed projects to ensure adherence to timelines, costs, and company expectations.
- Prepare and manage budget allocations for month-end closing.
- Manage marketing activity planning and budget, monitoring performance against objectives.
- Propose solutions and best practices to improve reporting efficiency through automation.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Finance
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, such as Junior Controller or Financial Analyst
- Experience in financial integrations and ERP systems
- Knowledge of P&L management and general accounting concepts
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with SAP
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Strong organizational skills
- Result-oriented and problem-solving abilities
- Dynamic, proactive, and flexible mindset
- Commitment to teamwork
A minimum of 2 years in a similar role, with specific experience in financial integrations and ERP systems.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Finance
