- Assist in shaping and advancing company and brand strategies within designated markets, focusing on Saudi Arabia and flagship stores across the region.
- Collaborate with the Saudi-based distributor to ensure alignment with overall objectives and brand guidelines.
- Plan and execute effective store visits in accordance with organizational targets and directives from the line manager.
- Cultivate and maintain authentic relationships with customers and their teams, acting as the primary point of contact and brand ambassador.
- Conduct training sessions and in-store coaching to guide on product features and communication strategies for launches and exclusive projects.
- Communicate effectively with management regarding store needs, including market feedback, assortment, customer feedback, and stock levels.
- Build and maintain partnerships with key account associates and management leaders to maximize business potential through in-store team efforts.
- Ensure merchandising standards are met and maintained in accordance with company guidelines.
- Research and target new customers and in-store positioning aligned with brand guidelines.
- Assist the Trade Marketing team in determining POS material requirements and executing marketing initiatives.
- University degree or equivalent experience.
- 2-4 years of experience in Sales, B2B, Retail, or Travel Retail.
- Experience in fashion, luxury, cosmetics, consumer goods, or optical industry preferred.
- Proven track record of growing sales and building door distribution.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and reliability under pressure.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic; additional languages are a plus.
- Valid driver's license.

University degree or equivalent experience.
