1. Support talent acquisition activities, including drafting job descriptions, posting job openings, screening resumes, managing the selection process, participating in interviews, and assisting HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers.
2. Contribute to hiring and onboarding processes.
3. Ensure organizational charts and reporting are updated for various functions.
4. Assist in the continuous update of the HR system (Workday).
5. Support the HR team in managing all HR processes and activities for plant functions, adhering to defined timelines and group guidelines.
6. Collaborate with HR Business Partners and HR administration colleagues to manage and monitor contract deadlines, preparing necessary documentation.

1. Degree in Economics or related fields and/or a Master's in Human Resources.

3. Active listening and corporate partnership skills.
4. Analytical and organizational skills.
5. Attention to detail and data processing.
6. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
7. Fluent written and spoken English.

No specific prior experience required, but a strong interest in HR and fashion is essential.

Degree in Economics or related fields and/or a Master's in Human Resources.
