- Support talent acquisition activities, including drafting job descriptions, posting job openings, screening resumes, managing the selection process, participating in interviews, and assisting HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers.
- Contribute to hiring and onboarding processes.
- Ensure organizational charts and reporting are updated for various functions.
- Assist in the continuous update of the HR system (Workday).
- Support the HR team in managing all HR processes and activities for plant functions, adhering to defined timelines and group guidelines.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and HR administration colleagues to manage and monitor contract deadlines, preparing necessary documentation.
- Degree in Economics or related fields and/or a Master's in Human Resources.
- Passion for People Management and Fashion.
- Problem-solving and teamwork capabilities.
- Active listening and corporate partnership skills.
- Analytical and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and data processing.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
No specific prior experience required, but a strong interest in HR and fashion is essential.
Degree in Economics or related fields and/or a Master's in Human Resources.
