- Continuously analyze current trends in styles, shapes, materials, and colors by engaging with suppliers, competitors, clients, and other relevant industry players, even beyond the eyewear sector.
- Examine sales data across various brands and models to better understand market trends and enhance contributions to developing collections and models in collaboration with the commercial area.
- Engage regularly with suppliers, research centers, and other key players to explore new solutions, technologies, and methodologies, presenting findings for approval to the Creative Director.
- Define creative concepts and mood boards in alignment with briefs from Brand Management and the Creative Director, collaborating closely with all areas of the Creative Direction.
- Develop creative sketches by hand or digitally, in line with briefs from Brand Management and the Creative Director, refining them until objectives are met and submitting for approval.
- Transmit approved designs to CAD-CAM specialists for translation into complete and coherent mathematical models.
- Carefully monitor the progress of technical drawing, prototyping, and product development activities, highlighting any performance, quality, timing, and cost issues to relevant areas and the Responsible Director.
- Participate in approval meetings with Brand Management, the Griffe, and all other involved areas, disseminating pertinent information to relevant business units.
- Collaborate closely with Supply Chain and Demand Planning to contribute to achieving quality, lead-time, and cost objectives.
- Ensure effective communication of key collection concepts to all relevant stakeholders, including training the commercial team during collection presentation meetings.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Fluency in English.
- Passion for fashion and luxury.
- Experience in international contexts is a plus.
- Strong teamwork capabilities.
- Enthusiasm and a proactive attitude.
A minimum of three years of experience in a similar role within the fashion or luxury industry.
