1. Support the preparation of corporate targets and analyze current business performance, defining rolling forecasts at the account/market level based on the S&OP process validation.
2. Engage with respective accounts to discuss performance and build growth and recovery plans to guide demand planning.
3. Manage demand forecasts for the next 12-15 months on a rolling basis at the individual SKU level.
4. Serve as the planning contact for all projects related to the target market, proactively supporting their execution.
5. Provide proactive support to continuously improve customer service levels while optimizing finished goods inventory in line with management guidance and corporate strategy.
6. Support the implementation and maintenance of a reporting system to analyze key market KPIs.
7. Perform back-office functions in collaboration with sales support and supply chain teams to provide information to various stakeholders.
8. Implement defined IT solutions to support Demand Planning activities within the target market.
9. Contribute to teamwork and the achievement of team objectives.

1. Degree in Economics or Scientific disciplines
2. Previous experience in similar roles for 1-2 years in multinational contexts is considered a plus
3. Knowledge of SAP system is considered a plus
4. Excellent command of the English language

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
2. Teamwork and collaborative spirit
3. Problem-solving aptitude

1-2 years of experience in similar roles within multinational environments is advantageous.

Bachelor's degree in Economics or Scientific disciplines
