1. Prepare specific reporting packages for headquarters management focusing on brands, geographies, and business areas.
2. Ensure end-of-month reporting on net sales data, detailed by country and brand.
3. Upload year-end bonuses and compare them with forecasts and budgets using Business Intelligence tools.
4. Prepare royalty reports by brand in accordance with contractual agreements.
5. Develop necessary reports for business control utilizing institutional Business Intelligence and BPC tools.
6. Analyze order and invoicing data related to the top line.
7. Support the business control team in budget and forecast management initialization activities.
8. Collaborate with the IT team to transfer budget/forecast data to Business Intelligence for analysis.
9. Support brand managers with requests due to the evolving brand portfolio.
10. Perform ad hoc business analysis and control activities.

1. Degree in Business Administration with excellent results
2. Previous experience (1-2 years) in a similar role within an international and structured company
3. Fluent in English
4. Advanced Excel proficiency
5. Experience with SAP implementation and use is a plus
6. Ability to design and measure KPIs with a focus on the profit and loss statement

Degree in Business Administration.
