Kering Eyewear Junior Business Controller

- Prepare specific reporting packages for headquarters management focusing on brands, geographies, and business areas.
- Ensure end-of-month reporting on net sales data, detailed by country and brand.
- Upload year-end bonuses and compare them with forecasts and budgets using Business Intelligence tools.
- Prepare royalty reports by brand in accordance with contractual agreements.
- Develop necessary reports for business control utilizing institutional Business Intelligence and BPC tools.
- Analyze order and invoicing data related to the top line.
- Support the business control team in budget and forecast management initialization activities.
- Collaborate with the IT team to transfer budget/forecast data to Business Intelligence for analysis.
- Support brand managers with requests due to the evolving brand portfolio.
- Perform ad hoc business analysis and control activities.
- Degree in Business Administration with excellent results
- Previous experience (1-2 years) in a similar role within an international and structured company
- Fluent in English
- Advanced Excel proficiency
- Experience with SAP implementation and use is a plus
- Ability to design and measure KPIs with a focus on the profit and loss statement
- Cross-functional collaboration and business partner attitude
- Understanding of business models and ability to build business plans
- Ability to work in fast-growing environments and contribute to organizational development
- Strong focus on results and adherence to deadlines

1-2 years of experience in a similar role within an international and structured company.
Degree in Business Administration.
