- Monitor and analyze the global eyewear market to identify trends and growth opportunities.
- Understand and embody the brand DNA, including history, style, values, and target consumers.
- Support the establishment of product strategy in alignment with corporate strategies.
- Prepare detailed product briefs for the Design Team, summarizing market needs and pricing targets.
- Monitor and analyze product sales and market consistency.
- Ensure alignment of local strategies with global brand strategies.
- Develop training tools and presentations for the sales team.
- Prepare presentations, catalogs, and training materials to support sales efforts.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of collection samples.
- Ensure integration and representation of new collections on B2B and B2C platforms.
- Support the availability of new products on B2C platforms and during sales events.
- Master's or bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Italian is advantageous.
- Strong brand management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
- Structured approach to multitasking and project management.
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams.
No specific experience required, but a background in brand management or marketing is beneficial.
Master's or bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
