- Monitor and analyze the global eyewear market to identify trends and growth opportunities.
- Understand and embody the brand DNA, including history, style, values, and target consumer demographics.
- Assist in establishing product strategy in alignment with corporate objectives.
- Prepare detailed product briefs for the Design Team, summarizing market needs and pricing targets.
- Analyze product sales and ensure consistency across style, positioning, and sales conditions.
- Facilitate the influx of new ideas for product development through supplier and consumer analysis.
- Ensure alignment of local strategies with global brand strategies.
- Develop training tools and presentations in collaboration with relevant teams.
- Prepare marketing materials to support the sales team.
- Coordinate PR and press office activities, including advertising shoots and newsletters.
- Manage the definition and coordination of collection and showroom samples.
- Ensure integration and representation of new collections on B2B and B2C platforms.
- Support the availability of new products on B2C platforms and during sales events.
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Strong brand management capabilities.
- Collaborative team player with independent initiative.
- Proficient in cross-functional teamwork.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Structured approach to multitasking and project management.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Italian is advantageous.
Experience in brand management or a related field is required.
Master's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
