- Monitor and analyze the global eyewear market to identify trends and growth opportunities.
- Understand and embody the brand DNA, becoming the 'gatekeeper' of its essence, history, style, values, and target consumers.
- Support the development of product strategy in alignment with corporate strategies.
- Prepare detailed product briefs for the Design Team, summarizing market needs and indicating key features and pricing targets.
- Monitor product sales and ensure consistency between style, positioning, and sales conditions across all markets.
- Facilitate the influx of new ideas for product development through supplier and consumer analysis.
- Ensure alignment of local strategies with global brand strategies.
- Develop training tools and presentations in collaboration with relevant teams.
- Prepare sales support materials such as presentations, catalogs, and training materials.
- Coordinate with internal and external departments on PR activities, advertising, and packaging.
- Define and coordinate the collection and showroom samples, ensuring timely delivery to the Sales team.
- Integrate and represent new collections on B2B and B2C platforms.
- Ensure the availability of new products on B2C platforms and during sales events.
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Proficiency in brand management.
- Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently.
- Strong cross-functional team collaboration skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
- Structured approach to multitasking and project management.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Italian is advantageous.
Experience in brand management or a related field is required.
Master's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
