Kering Eyewear Junior Area Sales Manager

- Support the budget and sales plans for each distributor and area.
- Collaborate with management to drive sell-out and achieve net sales and EBIT targets.
- Cultivate relationships with distribution partners and the Kering Eyewear head office team.
- Communicate and present brand values and collection highlights.
- Assist in the presentation of assortment plans to maximize customer sell-out.
- Support the development of joint sales and marketing plans with chains, aligning with global guidelines.
- Collect and analyze customer sell-out reports to build actionable plans.
- Visit customers to ensure merchandising standards are met according to agreed plans.
- Collaborate with the Trade Marketing Manager to propose and negotiate trade and digital marketing plans.
- Design supply chain processes with management to ensure high service levels and order fulfillment.
- Manage orders in collaboration with customer service.
- Ensure maximum customer service and follow up on orders and deliveries.
- Assist customer service and finance departments with invoice, debit, and credit note requests.
- 2+ years of experience in similar roles.
- Preferred industry experience in fashion and luxury, cosmetics, or FMCG.
- Degree in Marketing or Business Management.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork.
- Proficiency in coordinating multi-functional teams and external partners.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Fluency in Spanish.
- Fluency in Portuguese is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
A minimum of 2 years in a similar role, preferably within the fashion, luxury, cosmetics, or FMCG sectors.
Degree in Marketing or Business Management.
