Kering EyewearJunior Area Sales Manager
Kering Eyewear is a leading luxury eyewear company and part of the Kering Group, a global luxury conglomerate known for its renowned fashion, leather goods, and jewelry houses. Founded in 2014, Kering Eyewear designs, develops, and distributes eyewear for a diverse portfolio of 14 brands, including LINDBERG, Maui Jim, Gucci, Cartier, and more.
- Support the budget and sales plans for each distributor/area
- Drive sell-out and achieve net sales and EBIT targets with the manager
- Build relationships with distribution partners and the Kering Eyewear team
- Communicate and present brand values and collection highlights
- Support the presentation of assortment plans to maximize customer sell-out
- Support the construction of joint sales and marketing plans with chains
- Collect and analyze customer sell-out reports and build action plans
- Visit customers to ensure merchandising standards
- Collaborate with the Trade Marketing Manager on trade and digital marketing plans
- Design suitable supply chain processes with the manager
- Collect and manage orders with customer service
- Ensure maximum customer service and follow up on orders and deliveries
- Assist customer service and finance with invoice, debit, and credit note requests
- 2+ years of experience in similar roles
- Preferred industry experience in fashion and luxury, cosmetics, FMCG
- Degree in Marketing or Business Management
- Strong communication skills
- Positive attitude towards teamwork
- Strong skills in coordinating multi-functional teams and external partners
- Excellent analytical skills
- Advanced level of Spanish
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
2+ years of experience in similar roles, preferably in fashion and luxury, cosmetics, or FMCG industries.
Degree in Marketing or Business Management
