Kering Eyewear Junior Area Sales Manager

- Support budget and sales plans for distributors and areas.
- Drive sell-out and achieve net sales and EBIT targets with managerial guidance.
- Cultivate relationships with distribution partners and the Kering Eyewear head office team.
- Present brand values, positioning, and collection highlights effectively.
- Assist in presenting assortment plans to maximize customer sell-out.
- Collaborate on joint sales and marketing plans with chains, adhering to global guidelines.
- Collect and analyze customer sell-out reports to develop action plans.
- Visit customers to ensure compliance with merchandising standards.
- Support trade and digital marketing plan proposals and negotiations.
- Design optimal supply chain processes to ensure high service levels and order fulfillment.
- Manage orders in collaboration with customer service.
- Ensure superior customer service and follow-up on orders and deliveries.
- Assist customer service and finance departments with invoicing and credit requests.
- 2+ years of experience in similar roles.
- Industry experience in fashion and luxury, cosmetics, or FMCG preferred.
- Degree in Marketing or Business Management.
- Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation.
- Proficiency in coordinating multi-functional teams and external partners.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Advanced Spanish language proficiency.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
A minimum of two years in a similar role, preferably within the fashion, luxury, cosmetics, or FMCG industries.
Degree in Marketing or Business Management.
