1. Assist the team in daily management and monitoring of Windows Server systems (2016, 2019, 2022, 2025).
2. Collaborate in managing Active Directory accounts and services (users, groups, permissions, zones, etc.).
3. Participate in virtualization activities within the VMware vSphere environment.
4. Contribute to the installation of updates, patches, and software.
5. Draft and update technical documentation and operational procedures.
6. Provide basic support in resolving server and service-related issues.
7. Work closely with system administrators on infrastructure projects.

1. Educational background in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields (Degree and/or Diploma).

1. Basic knowledge of Windows Server operating systems and fundamental network concepts.
2. Familiarity with Active Directory and virtualization concepts (preferably VMware).
3. Proactive learning attitude, attention to detail.
4. Good command of written and spoken English.
5. Teamwork ability and problem-solving orientation.
6. Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell or Bash) is a plus.
7. Basic understanding of ITIL processes and ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira) is a plus.

No prior professional experience required, but familiarity with IT systems and concepts is beneficial.

Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
