- Manage the Information Security Program to ensure data confidentiality, integrity, and availability, aligning with HIPAA, PCI-DSS, GDPR, and Kering Eyewear's strategic security objectives.
- Develop and implement information security strategies, including vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and cybersecurity awareness programs.
- Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify potential threats.
- Advise management on countermeasures against emerging security threats.
- Serve as a security subject matter expert, supporting IT and development teams and participating in customer meetings.
- Develop and maintain Security Policies, Procedures, and Standards, ensuring compliance with security measures, disaster recovery, and incident response protocols.
- Implement security measures to prevent unauthorized data access and protect against potential threats.
- Perform ongoing security monitoring and risk assessments of information systems.
- Support internal security risk management programs, focusing on security, privacy, audit, and compliance activities.
- Oversee critical security programs, including application security, business continuity, and vulnerability management.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 10 years of experience in information security.
- 5 years of project leadership experience.
- In-depth knowledge of IT and security technologies.
- Experience with HIPAA, PCI-DSS, GDPR compliance.
- Cloud security experience.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Ability to convey security and risk-related concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in managing security programs and initiatives.
A minimum of 10 years in information security, with at least 5 years in a project leadership capacity.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
