1. Manage the Information Security Program to ensure data confidentiality, integrity, and availability, aligning with HIPAA, PCI-DSS, GDPR, and Kering Eyewear's strategic security objectives.
2. Develop and implement information security strategies, including vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and cybersecurity awareness programs.
3. Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify potential threats.
4. Advise management on countermeasures against emerging security threats.
5. Serve as a security subject matter expert, supporting IT and development teams and participating in customer meetings.
6. Develop and maintain Security Policies, Procedures, and Standards, ensuring compliance with security measures, disaster recovery, and incident response protocols.
7. Implement security measures to prevent unauthorized data access and protect against potential threats.
8. Perform ongoing security monitoring and risk assessments of information systems.
9. Support internal security risk management programs, focusing on security, privacy, audit, and compliance activities.
10. Oversee critical security programs, including application security, business continuity, and vulnerability management.

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
2. 10 years of experience in information security.
3. 5 years of project leadership experience.
4. In-depth knowledge of IT and security technologies.
5. Experience with HIPAA, PCI-DSS, GDPR compliance.
6. Cloud security experience.

1. Outstanding communication skills.
2. Ability to convey security and risk-related concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
3. Proficiency in managing security programs and initiatives.

A minimum of 10 years in information security, with at least 5 years in a project leadership capacity.

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
