1. Manage the Information Security Program to ensure data confidentiality, integrity, and availability, aligning with compliance standards such as HIPAA, PCI-DSS, and GDPR.
2. Develop and implement information security strategies, including vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and cybersecurity training.
3. Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses.
4. Monitor emerging security threats and advise management on countermeasures.
5. Serve as a security subject matter expert, supporting IT and development teams and participating in customer meetings.
6. Develop and maintain Security Policies, Procedures, and Standards, including disaster recovery and incident response protocols.
7. Ensure security measures protect against unauthorized data access and anticipated threats.
8. Perform ongoing security monitoring and risk assessments of information systems.
9. Support the internal security risk management program, focusing on security, privacy, audit, and compliance activities.
10. Manage critical security programs, including application security, business continuity, and vulnerability management.

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
2. 10 years of experience in information security.
3. 5 years of project leadership experience.
4. In-depth knowledge of IT and security technologies.
5. Experience with HIPAA, PCI-DSS, and GDPR compliance.
6. Cloud security experience.

1. Outstanding communication skills.
2. Ability to convey security and risk-related concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
3. Willingness to travel internationally and domestically.

A minimum of 10 years in information security, with at least 5 years in project leadership roles.

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
