1. Develop and implement sales and marketing plans for international clients, including budget setting.
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities globally.
3. Prepare and distribute weekly sales and order forecasts.
4. Analyze key performance indicators to optimize sell-out.
5. Collaborate with the Sales Channel Operations department to manage and process orders.
6. Conduct competitor analysis to identify industry trends and best practices.
7. Coordinate customer appointments during sales campaigns.
8. Facilitate collaboration among business functions such as Trade Marketing, Sales Support, Logistics, Credit, and Finance to ensure superior customer service.

1. Master’s degree in business management or a related field.
2. 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within a dynamic and fast-paced industry.

1. Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Fluency in English and Italian; proficiency in Spanish or French is advantageous.
3. Strong organizational and analytical skills.
4. Dynamic, proactive, and flexible with a commitment to teamwork.
5. Willingness to travel internationally frequently.

1-2 years of experience in a similar role within a dynamic and fast-paced industry.
