1. Assess technical feasibilities, production processes, and quality standards during product development.
2. Verify drawings, samples, and prototypes for compliance with technical and design requirements.
3. Ensure new products meet international mandatory standards.
4. Review and manage technical documents such as technical drawings and BOMs.
5. Monitor project schedules to meet sample and prototype deadlines.
6. Address technical requests from headquarters.
7. Support material and design development initiatives.
8. Contribute to sustainability projects.
9. Collaborate with the Quality Department to address quality issues and implement improvements.
10. Conduct quality inspections for semi-finished and finished products.

1. Background in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering preferred.
2. Fluency in English and Mandarin, with proficiency in reading and writing in both English and Chinese.
3. At least 9 years of engineering experience, preferably in the eyewear industry.
4. Ability to travel to China as required.

4. Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD and Solidworks.

A minimum of 9 years in engineering roles, with experience in the eyewear industry considered advantageous.
