- Assess technical feasibilities, production processes, and quality standards during product development.
- Verify drawings, samples, and prototypes for compliance with technical and design requirements.
- Ensure new products meet international mandatory standards.
- Review and manage technical documents such as technical drawings and BOMs.
- Monitor project schedules to meet sample and prototype deadlines.
- Address technical requests from headquarters.
- Support material and design development initiatives.
- Contribute to sustainability projects.
- Collaborate with the Quality Department to address quality issues and implement improvements.
- Conduct quality inspections for semi-finished and finished products.
- Background in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering preferred.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin, with proficiency in reading and writing in both English and Chinese.
- At least 9 years of engineering experience, preferably in the eyewear industry.
- Ability to travel to China as required.
- Proactive and independent work ethic with strong self-motivation.
- Ability to perform under pressure and multitask effectively.
- Critical thinking and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD and Solidworks.
A minimum of 9 years in engineering roles, with experience in the eyewear industry considered advantageous.
