Kering Eyewear Industrialization Engineer

- Evaluate technical feasibilities, production processes, and quality standards during the development process.
- Verify drawings, samples, and prototypes for compliance with technical and design requirements.
- Ensure new products meet international mandatory standards.
- Review and manage technical documents, including drawings and BOMs, with related departments.
- Monitor schedules to meet deadlines for samples and prototypes.
- Address technical requests from headquarters.
- Support material and design development initiatives.
- Contribute to sustainability projects.
- Assist the Quality Department with quality issues, action plans, and improvements.
- Conduct quality inspections for semi-finished and finished products.
- Background in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering preferred.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin, with proficiency in reading and writing both languages.
- At least 9 years of relevant engineering experience, preferably in the eyewear industry.
- Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
- Proactive, independent, and self-motivated.
- Critical thinking and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD and Solidworks.
- High sensitivity to potential problems.
A minimum of 9 years of engineering experience, ideally within the eyewear industry. Candidates with more experience may be considered for the Industrialization Manager position.
A degree in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering is advantageous.
