1. Assess technical feasibilities, production processes, and quality standards during the product development phase.
2. Verify drawings, samples, and prototypes for compliance with technical and design specifications.
3. Ensure new products meet international mandatory standards.
4. Review technical documents exchanged with related departments, including technical drawings and BOMs.
5. Monitor schedules to meet deadlines for samples and prototypes.
6. Address technical requests from headquarters.
7. Support material and design development initiatives.
8. Contribute to sustainability projects.
9. Assist the Quality Department with quality issues, action plans, and improvements.
10. Conduct quality inspections for semi-finished and finished products.

1. Background in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering is advantageous.
2. Proactive, independent, and self-motivated.
3. Mature, dynamic, and capable of multitasking.
4. Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
5. High sensitivity to potential problems, with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
6. Fluent in English and Mandarin, with proficiency in reading and writing both languages.
7. At least 9 years of relevant engineering experience, preferably in the eyewear industry.
8. Willingness to travel to China.

1. Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD and Solidworks.
2. Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
4. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

A minimum of 9 years of experience in engineering, with a preference for candidates with eyewear industry experience.

A degree in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering is preferred.
