- Assess technical feasibilities, production processes, and quality standards during the product development phase.
- Verify drawings, samples, and prototypes for compliance with technical and design specifications.
- Ensure new products meet international mandatory standards.
- Review technical documents exchanged with related departments, including technical drawings and BOMs.
- Monitor schedules to meet deadlines for samples and prototypes.
- Address technical requests from headquarters.
- Support material and design development initiatives.
- Contribute to sustainability projects.
- Assist the Quality Department with quality issues, action plans, and improvements.
- Conduct quality inspections for semi-finished and finished products.
- Background in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering is advantageous.
- Proactive, independent, and self-motivated.
- Mature, dynamic, and capable of multitasking.
- Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
- High sensitivity to potential problems, with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin, with proficiency in reading and writing both languages.
- At least 9 years of relevant engineering experience, preferably in the eyewear industry.
- Willingness to travel to China.
- Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD and Solidworks.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
A minimum of 9 years of experience in engineering, with a preference for candidates with eyewear industry experience.
A degree in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering is preferred.
