- Assess technical feasibilities, production processes, and quality standards during the development process.
- Verify drawings, samples, and prototypes to ensure compliance with technical and design requirements.
- Ensure newly developed products meet international mandatory standards.
- Review technical documents exchanged with related departments, such as technical drawings and BOMs.
- Monitor schedules to meet deadlines for samples and prototypes.
- Address technical requests from the headquarters.
- Support material and design development initiatives.
- Contribute to sustainability projects.
- Assist the Quality Department with quality issues, following up on action plans and improvements.
- Conduct quality inspections for both semi-finished and finished products.
- Background in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering is advantageous.
- Proactive, independent, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
- Mature, dynamic, and capable of multitasking.
- Team-oriented with high sensitivity to potential problems, critical thinking, and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin, with proficiency in reading and writing in both English and Chinese.
- Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD and Solidworks.
Minimum of 9 years of experience in engineering, preferably within the eyewear industry.
