1. Assess technical feasibilities, production processes, and quality standards during the development process.
2. Verify drawings, samples, and prototypes to ensure compliance with technical and design requirements.
3. Ensure newly developed products meet international mandatory standards.
4. Review technical documents exchanged with related departments, such as technical drawings and BOMs.
5. Monitor schedules to meet deadlines for samples and prototypes.
6. Address technical requests from the headquarters.
7. Support material and design development initiatives.
8. Contribute to sustainability projects.
9. Assist the Quality Department with quality issues, following up on action plans and improvements.
10. Conduct quality inspections for both semi-finished and finished products.

1. Background in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering is advantageous.
2. Proactive, independent, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
3. Mature, dynamic, and capable of multitasking.
4. Team-oriented with high sensitivity to potential problems, critical thinking, and excellent problem-solving skills.
5. Fluent in English and Mandarin, with proficiency in reading and writing in both English and Chinese.

1. Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD and Solidworks.

Minimum of 9 years of experience in engineering, preferably within the eyewear industry.
