- Evaluate technical feasibilities, production processes, and quality standards during the development phase.
- Verify drawings, samples, and prototypes to ensure compliance with technical and design specifications.
- Ensure newly developed products adhere to international mandatory standards.
- Review technical documents exchanged with related departments, such as technical drawings and BOMs.
- Monitor project schedules to meet sample and prototype deadlines.
- Address technical requests from headquarters.
- Support material and design development initiatives.
- Contribute to sustainability projects.
- Collaborate with the Quality Department to address quality issues and implement action plans.
- Conduct quality inspections for both semi-finished and finished products.
- Background in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering is advantageous.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin, with proficiency in reading and writing both languages.
- Proactive, independent, and self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure.
- Mature, dynamic, and capable of multitasking.
- High sensitivity to potential problems, critical thinking, and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD and Solidworks.
A minimum of 9 years of relevant engineering experience, preferably in the eyewear industry. Candidates with more experience may be considered for the Industrialization Manager role. Fresh graduates may also apply for entry-level positions.
