- Evaluate technical feasibilities, production processes, and quality standards during the product development process.
- Verify drawings, samples, and prototypes to ensure compliance with technical and design requirements.
- Ensure newly developed products meet international mandatory standards.
- Review technical documents exchanged with related departments, such as technical drawings and bills of materials.
- Monitor schedules to align with deadlines for samples and prototypes.
- Address technical requests from headquarters.
- Support material and design development initiatives.
- Contribute to sustainability projects.
- Assist the Quality Department with quality issues, following up on action plans and improvements.
- Conduct quality inspections for semi-finished and finished products.
- Background in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering is advantageous.
- Proactive, independent, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
- Mature, dynamic, and capable of multitasking.
- High sensitivity to potential problems, critical thinking, and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin, with proficiency in reading and writing both languages.
- At least 9 years of relevant engineering experience, preferably in the eyewear industry.
- Willingness to be stationed in Hong Kong with travel to China.
- Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD and Solidworks.
- Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
