1. Assess technical feasibilities, production processes, and quality standards during product development.
2. Verify drawings, samples, and prototypes to ensure compliance with technical and design requirements.
3. Ensure new products adhere to international mandatory standards.
4. Review technical documents exchanged with related departments, such as technical drawings and BOM.
5. Monitor schedules to meet deadlines for samples and prototypes.
6. Address technical requests from headquarters.
7. Support material and design development initiatives.
8. Contribute to sustainability projects.
9. Assist the Quality Department in addressing quality issues and implementing action plans.
10. Conduct quality inspections for semi-finished and finished products.

1. Background in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering is advantageous.
2. Proactive, independent, and self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure.
3. Mature, dynamic, and capable of multitasking.
4. Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking ability.
5. Fluency in English and Mandarin, with proficiency in reading and writing both languages.
6. At least 9 years of engineering experience, preferably in the eyewear industry.
7. Willingness to travel to China.

1. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Solidworks, and similar software.
2. High sensitivity to potential problems and excellent problem-solving skills.
3. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

A minimum of 9 years in engineering, preferably within the eyewear industry.

Degree in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering preferred.
