- Assess technical feasibilities, production processes, and quality standards during product development.
- Verify drawings, samples, and prototypes to ensure compliance with technical and design requirements.
- Ensure new products adhere to international mandatory standards.
- Review technical documents exchanged with related departments, such as technical drawings and BOM.
- Monitor schedules to meet deadlines for samples and prototypes.
- Address technical requests from headquarters.
- Support material and design development initiatives.
- Contribute to sustainability projects.
- Assist the Quality Department in addressing quality issues and implementing action plans.
- Conduct quality inspections for semi-finished and finished products.
- Background in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering is advantageous.
- Proactive, independent, and self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure.
- Mature, dynamic, and capable of multitasking.
- Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking ability.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin, with proficiency in reading and writing both languages.
- At least 9 years of engineering experience, preferably in the eyewear industry.
- Willingness to travel to China.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Solidworks, and similar software.
- High sensitivity to potential problems and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
A minimum of 9 years in engineering, preferably within the eyewear industry.
Degree in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering preferred.
