Kering Eyewear Industrialization Engineer

1. Assess technical feasibilities, production processes, and quality standards during the development process.
2. Verify drawings, samples, and prototypes for compliance with technical and design requirements.
3. Ensure newly developed products meet international mandatory standards.
4. Check technical documents provided to/from related departments.
5. Monitor schedules to meet deadlines for samples and prototypes.
6. Handle technical requests from headquarters.
7. Support material and design development.
8. Support sustainability projects.
9. Assist the Quality Department with quality issues and follow up on action plans.
10. Conduct quality inspections for semi-finished and finished products.

1. Background in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering is advantageous.
2. Proactive, independent, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
3. Mature, dynamic, and capable of multitasking.
4. High sensitivity to potential problems, critical thinking, and excellent problem-solving skills.
5. Fluent in English and Mandarin.
6. Must be able to read and write in both English and Chinese.

1. Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD and Solidworks.

At least 9 years of engineering experience, with eyewear industry experience being an advantage. Candidates with more experience may be considered for the Industrialization Manager role.

Stationed in Hong Kong with required travel to China.
