- Support the local Finance Manager in monthly closing activities, including the preparation of a dashboard with P&L, efficiency KPIs, and variance analysis against budget.
- Calculate and monitor purchase and production standard costs.
- Participate proactively in budget and forecast processes to ensure target achievement.
- Analyze and discuss plant results with financial and operations management.
- Support management with ad hoc topics as necessary.
- Improve reporting systems and outputs.
- University degree in Economics or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial or plant controlling.
- Solid knowledge of cost and general accounting.
- Experience in preparing, analyzing, and discussing budgets, forecasts, and planning activities.
- Advanced proficiency in Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Experience with SAP is advantageous.
- Fluency in English.
- Proactivity, intellectual curiosity, and resilience.
- Flexibility and ability to interface with various company levels.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong interdisciplinary and cross-functional teamwork skills.

A minimum of 5 years in industrial or plant controlling roles, with a focus on cost and general accounting, budget preparation, and financial analysis.
University degree in Economics or equivalent.
