- Support the local finance manager in preparing a monthly dashboard, including profit and loss statements, efficiency KPIs, and variance analyses against standard and overhead costs.
- Calculate and monitor purchase and production standard costs.
- Actively participate in budget and forecast processes, ensuring target achievement.
- Analyze and discuss plant results with financial and operations management.
- Provide support for management and address ad hoc topics as necessary.
- Enhance reporting systems and outputs.
- University degree in Economics or equivalent field.
- 3-4 years of experience in industrial or plant controlling.
- Solid understanding of cost and general accounting principles.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Experience with SAP is advantageous.
- Fluency in English.
- Proactive, intellectually curious, and resilient.
- Flexible with the ability to interface across various company levels.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Effective interdisciplinary and cross-functional teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
- Hands-on approach with a willingness to engage in tasks directly.
- Positive attitude towards challenges.
3-4 years of experience in industrial or plant controlling, with a solid foundation in cost and general accounting.
University degree in Economics or equivalent.
