1. Support the local finance manager in preparing a monthly dashboard, including profit and loss statements, efficiency KPIs, and variance analyses against standard and overhead costs.
2. Calculate and monitor purchase and production standard costs.
3. Actively participate in budget and forecast processes, ensuring target achievement.
4. Analyze and discuss plant results with financial and operations management.
5. Provide support for management and address ad hoc topics as necessary.
6. Enhance reporting systems and outputs.

1. University degree in Economics or equivalent field.
2. 3-4 years of experience in industrial or plant controlling.
3. Solid understanding of cost and general accounting principles.

1. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
2. Experience with SAP is advantageous.
3. Fluency in English.
4. Proactive, intellectually curious, and resilient.
5. Flexible with the ability to interface across various company levels.
6. Strong attention to detail.
7. Effective interdisciplinary and cross-functional teamwork skills.
8. Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
9. Hands-on approach with a willingness to engage in tasks directly.
10. Positive attitude towards challenges.

3-4 years of experience in industrial or plant controlling, with a solid foundation in cost and general accounting.

University degree in Economics or equivalent.
