In-Store Specialist

1. Drive sales in dedicated stores and work closely with the regional manager on strategies and initiatives.
2. Achieve sales goals across all brands and dedicated stores.
3. Maintain pristine merchandising of all Kering Eyewear brands.
4. Regularly visit department store accounts to build key relationships and maintain brand positioning.
5. Utilize reports to analyze and manage business efficiently.
6. Build strong working relationships with cross-functional departments.
7. Stay current on trends affecting the business and identify growth opportunities.
8. Provide feedback to the regional manager on missed opportunities and competitive insights.
9. Identify and execute in-store marketing initiatives to drive business and enhance brand awareness.
10. Provide exceptional customer service and manage follow-up with clients as needed.

1. 1 year of retail sales experience; luxury and/or eyewear experience is a plus
2. Understanding of the luxury fashion category

1 year of retail sales experience, preferably in luxury and/or eyewear.

Base salary range for this position is $70,000-$90,000.
