- Drive sales in designated stores, collaborating with the regional manager to enhance business strategies and initiatives.
- Achieve sales targets across all brands and stores, identifying opportunities to advance brand presence.
- Maintain impeccable merchandising for all Kering Eyewear brands, ensuring optimal product positioning.
- Regularly visit department store accounts to cultivate key relationships, enhance retail sales, and manage merchandising and stock levels.
- Utilize analytical tools such as Skypad and Go Spot Check to efficiently manage business operations.
- Foster strong working relationships with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and store management.
- Stay informed on industry trends and growth opportunities.
- Provide feedback to the regional manager on market insights, best-sellers, and competitive landscape.
- Plan and execute in-store marketing initiatives such as trunk shows and pop-ups to boost brand visibility.
- Deliver exceptional customer service during store visits and manage client follow-ups for repairs and special requests.
- 1 year of retail sales experience, preferably in luxury or eyewear.
- Comprehensive understanding of the luxury fashion sector.
- Exceptional communication skills with attention to detail.
- Collaborative and proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Proven ability to enhance customer experiences and build loyalty.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for relationship development.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
A minimum of 1 year in retail sales, with a preference for experience in luxury or eyewear sectors.
Base salary range from $70,000 to $90,000.
