Kering Eyewear In-Store Specialist

- Drive sales in designated stores, collaborating with the regional manager to enhance business strategies.
- Achieve sales targets across all brands, actively seeking opportunities to advance brand presence.
- Ensure pristine merchandising of Kering Eyewear brands, maintaining competitive positioning on the sales floor.
- Regularly visit department store accounts to build relationships, enhance retail sales, and manage product displays.
- Utilize analytical tools such as Skypad and Go Spot Check to efficiently manage business operations.
- Develop strong working relationships with cross-functional departments, including sales, marketing, and store management.
- Stay informed on industry trends and growth opportunities.
- Provide feedback to the regional manager on market insights, best-sellers, and competitive intelligence.
- Identify and execute in-store marketing initiatives to drive business and enhance brand awareness.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and manage follow-up on client requests and product issues.
- Minimum of 1 year retail sales experience, with luxury and/or eyewear experience preferred.
- Understanding of the luxury fashion sector.
- Exceptional communication skills with attention to detail.
- Collaborative, solution-oriented, and proactive approach.
- Proven ability to enhance customer experiences and build loyalty.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for relationship development.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
At least 1 year of retail sales experience, preferably in luxury or eyewear sectors.
Salary range is $65,000-$70,000, with a discretionary bonus.
