- Drive sales in dedicated department stores, collaborating with the regional manager to develop and implement strategies to enhance business performance.
- Achieve sales targets across all brands within the Kering Eyewear portfolio, identifying opportunities to expand market presence.
- Ensure immaculate merchandising of Kering Eyewear brands, maintaining competitive positioning and presentation on the sales floor.
- Conduct regular visits to department store accounts to foster relationships, boost retail sales, merchandise and restock displays, and ensure brand visibility.
- Utilize analytical tools such as Skypad and Go Spot Check to efficiently manage and optimize business operations.
- Cultivate strong working relationships with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and store management.
- Stay informed on market trends and identify growth opportunities.
- Provide insightful feedback to the regional manager on market dynamics, including missed opportunities and competitive analysis.
- Manage and execute in-store marketing initiatives such as trunk shows and pop-up events to enhance brand awareness and drive sales.
- Deliver exceptional customer service during store visits, managing follow-up on client requests, repairs, and special orders.
- Minimum of 1 year of retail sales experience, preferably in luxury or eyewear sectors.
- Understanding of the luxury fashion industry.
- Exceptional communication skills with attention to detail.

- Proven ability to enhance customer experiences and build loyalty.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
At least 1 year of experience in retail sales, with a preference for those with a background in luxury or eyewear.
Base salary range from $70,000 to $90,000.
