Kering Eyewear In-Store Specialist

- Develop and implement local Trade Marketing plans for assigned client portfolios.
- Negotiate prime retail spaces for brand visibility.
- Ensure maximum visibility through permanent and seasonal activities, including pop-up placements and product merchandising.
- Support the Trade Marketing team in defining point-of-sale material needs, allocation, and consumption.
- Ensure optimal in-store execution of Trade Marketing strategies in key cities and with top clients.
- Coordinate with agencies for window and in-store setups.
- Secure proper product facings, space gains, and ideal assortment implementation, enhancing cross-brand presence in stores.
- Conduct training sessions for assigned clients.
- Assist the sales team in presenting collections to key clients, especially during buying events.
- Support marketing team in brand and product presentations to the sales force during national meetings.
- Organize in-store and sales events.
- Manage sellout contests and trade and consumer incentives.
- Monitor sellout results in assigned stores.
- Prepare activity reports, collect feedback on collections, and follow up on KPIs.
- University degree or secondary school education; visual merchandising education is a plus.
- Fluent in German and English; proficiency in French is advantageous.
- Valid driver's license.
- Willingness to travel 80% of the time.

A minimum of 2 years of relevant industry experience in eyewear, apparel, fashion, luxury, or cosmetics, encompassing both retail and wholesale sectors.
University degree or secondary school education.
