1. Serve as the primary point of contact for visual merchandising for an assigned client portfolio.
2. Ensure compliance with directives from Kering Group brands.
3. Identify and develop local Trade Marketing plans.
4. Negotiate premium spaces for assigned brands.
5. Maximize visibility through permanent and seasonal point-of-sale displays.
6. Implement local Trade Marketing strategies in key cities and with top clients.
7. Conduct product training for designated clients.
8. Support the sales team in presenting collections to clients, particularly during local sales events.
9. Assist the Marketing team in product and brand presentations to sales representatives during seminars.
10. Aid teams in organizing in-store events and showrooms.
11. Monitor sell-out results at specific points of sale.

1. University degree
2. Over 2 years of experience in sales or visual merchandising, preferably in optics, fashion, luxury, or beauty sectors
3. Field experience required
4. Mobility: 80% travel required
5. Strong knowledge of fashion and luxury markets
6. Training skills
7. Positive, proactive, results-oriented attitude with self-motivation
8. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
9. Good command of English is a plus
10. Valid driver's license (Class B)

Candidates must possess over two years of experience in sales or visual merchandising, with a preference for those with a background in optics, fashion, luxury, or beauty sectors. Field experience is essential.
