Kering Eyewear In-Store Specialist

- Serve as the primary point of contact for visual merchandising for an assigned client portfolio.
- Ensure compliance with directives from Kering Group brands.
- Identify and develop local Trade Marketing plans.
- Negotiate premium spaces for assigned brands.
- Maximize visibility through permanent and seasonal point-of-sale displays.
- Implement local Trade Marketing strategies in key cities and with top clients.
- Conduct product training for designated clients.
- Support the sales team in presenting collections to clients, particularly during local sales events.
- Assist the Marketing team in product and brand presentations to sales representatives during seminars.
- Aid teams in organizing in-store events and showrooms.
- Monitor sell-out results at specific points of sale.
- University degree
- Over 2 years of experience in sales or visual merchandising, preferably in optics, fashion, luxury, or beauty sectors
- Field experience required
- Mobility: 80% travel required
- Strong knowledge of fashion and luxury markets
- Training skills
- Positive, proactive, results-oriented attitude with self-motivation
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Good command of English is a plus
- Valid driver's license (Class B)
- Visual merchandising expertise

- Event organization
- Analytical skills for sell-out monitoring
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Candidates must possess over two years of experience in sales or visual merchandising, with a preference for those with a background in optics, fashion, luxury, or beauty sectors. Field experience is essential.
University degree required.
