Kering Eyewear In-Store Specialist

- Drive sales in dedicated stores, collaborating with the regional manager to enhance business strategies and initiatives.
- Achieve sales targets across all brands and dedicated stores, proactively seeking opportunities to advance brand presence.
- Ensure immaculate merchandising of all Kering Eyewear brands, maintaining competitive facings and positioning.
- Regularly visit department store accounts to build relationships, enhance retail sales, merchandise, restock floors, and maintain brand positioning.
- Utilize analytical reports to efficiently manage business operations.
- Foster strong working relationships with cross-functional departments including sales, marketing, and store management.
- Stay informed on industry trends and growth opportunities.
- Provide feedback to the regional manager on missed opportunities, best-sellers, and competitive insights.
- Identify and execute in-store marketing initiatives to drive business and enhance brand awareness.
- Deliver exceptional customer service during store visits and manage client follow-ups for repairs, damages, and special requests.
- Minimum of 1 year retail sales experience; luxury and/or eyewear experience preferred.
- Understanding of the luxury fashion sector.
- Exceptional communication skills with attention to detail.
- Collaborative, solution-oriented, and proactive approach.
- Proven ability to enhance customer experiences and build loyalty.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for relationship development.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
At least 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in luxury or eyewear sectors.
