Kering Eyewear In-Store and Visual Merchandising Specialist

- Serve as the primary visual merchandising contact for an assigned portfolio of clients.
- Ensure adherence to Kering Group brand guidelines and directives.
- Develop and implement local Trade Marketing plans.
- Negotiate premium display spaces for assigned brands.
- Maximize visibility at points of sale for both permanent and seasonal activities.
- Implement Trade Marketing strategies locally in key cities and with top clients.
- Conduct product training sessions for designated customers.
- Support the sales team in presenting collections during local sales events.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to present products and brands during seminars.
- Assist in organizing in-store and showroom events.
- Monitor sell-out results at specific points of sale.
- University degree required.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in commerce or visual merchandising, preferably in the optical, fashion, luxury, or beauty sectors.
- Field-based experience is essential.
- Willingness to travel 80% of the time within Belgium and Luxembourg.
- Strong knowledge of the fashion and luxury markets.
- Effective training skills.
- Positive, proactive, and results-oriented attitude.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in Dutch and French.
- Proficient in English.
- Valid driving license.
A minimum of two years in commerce or visual merchandising, with a preference for experience in the optical, fashion, luxury, or beauty sectors.
University degree required.
