1. Manage user administration and provide user support.
2. Operate within a mixed Windows and Mac environment.
3. Administer Active Directory, including GPO and ADFS.
4. Utilize VMware for virtualization and Veeam for backup solutions.
5. Administer databases, particularly MS SQL.
6. Operate software packages for both Windows and Mac platforms.
7. Manage Microsoft Remote Desktop Terminal operations.
8. Prepare and install PCs.
9. Set up and support mobile telephony for users.
10. Handle ad hoc IT support tasks.

1. Several years of experience in IT Infrastructure, particularly with Windows and preferably Mac.
2. Experience with Microsoft Active Directory and scripting.

1. Knowledge of VMware, Veeam, Service Now, Jira, Zabbix, Confluence, Linux, PowerShell, and MS SQL databases.
2. Goal-oriented and collaborative team player.
3. Ability to work independently and drive large initiatives.
4. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
5. Structured approach to multitasking and project management.
6. Fluency in English; proficiency in Italian is advantageous.

Several years of experience in IT Infrastructure, particularly with Windows and preferably Mac.
