Kering Eyewear Import/Export Intern

- Provide support in the issuance, shipment, and archiving of transport and shipping documentation within the Import/Export team.
- Assist the team with invoicing activities.
- Coordinate with other departments, both domestically and internationally, to ensure excellent customer service.
- Aid logistics teams in preparing and analyzing reports to identify areas for improvement and propose solutions.
- Contribute to the preparation of regular operational reports.
- Support the organization and management of shipments for events and fairs, including necessary customs documentation.
- Assist in managing PR and Trade Marketing shipments.
- Participate in the daily monitoring of transit times guaranteed by carriers.
- Support the analysis of shipping data according to various company criteria and prepare quantitative and qualitative reports.
- Collaborate in checking carrier invoices and report discrepancies.
- Assist in updating and analyzing reports related to shortages during transportation, liaising with various departments.
- Support colleagues in managing carrier anomalies, such as misplaced, damaged, or lost packages.
- Assist in managing duty-free returns for applicable shipments.
- Previous experience in similar roles is advantageous.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
