- Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations in the workplace, holding the position of RSPP.
- Manage and update risk assessment documentation and related procedures.
- Develop and implement health and safety policies to ensure regulatory compliance and promote a safety culture.
- Recommend solutions for safety issues and suggest improvements or new preventive measures.
- Develop and implement monitoring policies and procedures.
- Analyze near-miss incidents to identify causes and manage plant function requests.
- Propose training programs to enhance safety culture and share knowledge on emergency procedures and workplace safety.
- Monitor compliance with safety procedures.
- Ensure machine data sheets are available and accessible.
- Implement monitoring plans and communicate with national, regional, and local regulatory bodies regarding emissions, water discharges, and waste.
- Manage waste disposal activities in collaboration with General Services.
- Degree in engineering, environmental sciences, industrial safety, or related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in industrial or manufacturing environments.
- Problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent in English

Degree in engineering, environmental sciences, industrial safety, or related fields.
