1. Support the Compensation & Benefits, HRIS and People Analytics Director in analyzing personnel data and designing HR reporting systems.
2. Collaborate with the Finance team on HR Cost Controlling to prepare dedicated reports.
3. Assist in the implementation and maintenance of HRIS software, including data entry, system updates, and troubleshooting.
4. Work with the HR team to ensure accurate and timely data entry into the system.
5. Contribute to the development of procedures and the enhancement of HRIS practices, supporting global HRIS activities.
6. Aid in preparing and updating HRIS training materials and documentation.
7. Actively participate in team efforts to achieve HR objectives.

1. Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, or related fields.

1. Proficiency in English.
2. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
3. Analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Attention to detail, reliability, and curiosity.
5. Passion and enthusiasm for the role.

Previous experience in structured corporate environments within HRIS or Compensation & Benefits teams is considered an advantage.

Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, or related fields.
