- Support the Compensation & Benefits, HRIS and People Analytics Director in analyzing personnel data and designing HR reporting systems.
- Collaborate with the Finance team on HR Cost Controlling to prepare dedicated reports.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of HRIS software, including data entry, system updates, and troubleshooting.
- Work with the HR team to ensure accurate and timely data entry into the system.
- Contribute to the development of procedures and the enhancement of HRIS practices, supporting global HRIS activities.
- Aid in preparing and updating HRIS training materials and documentation.
- Actively participate in team efforts to achieve HR objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, or related fields.
- Proficiency in English.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and curiosity.
- Passion and enthusiasm for the role.
Previous experience in structured corporate environments within HRIS or Compensation & Benefits teams is considered an advantage.
Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, or related fields.
