- Co-define and implement HR strategies aligned with company management and organizational goals.
- Manage the full spectrum of HR processes, including recruiting, compensation, budgeting, and team effectiveness, in collaboration with country heads and functional leaders.
- Support business and functional departments in managing HR agencies and contingent workers to ensure compliance and cost efficiency.
- Develop trusted partnerships with internal stakeholders to support goal achievement.
- Deploy effective talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain talent, supporting long-term organizational growth.
- Drive organizational design and effectiveness initiatives to optimize structure and business transformation.
- Lead performance and talent management processes to enhance employee skills, engagement, and career growth.
- Implement compensation and benefits processes, personnel budgeting, and people analytics, ensuring competitiveness and sustainability.
- Support budgeting and reporting processes in line with group and company guidelines.
- Ensure compliance and operational effectiveness of HR admin and operations processes with support from local SSC and external advisors.
- Execute cross-functional HR projects, driving innovation and continuous improvement.
- Guarantee talent acquisition performance in line with hiring plan KPIs to support organizational development.
- Support the rollout of talent management processes following HQ and group guidelines.
- Collaborate on training activities, engagement initiatives, and inclusion and diversity projects.
- Foster a sustainable, diversified, imaginative, and empowered work environment.
- Work with SSC and legal advisors on labor issues to ensure legal compliance and protect employer branding.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Minimum of 5 years of solid HR experience, including at least 3 years as an HR Business Partner, preferably in retail, cosmetics, or FMCG industries
- HR generalist skills with expertise in recruitment and employee relations
- Strong business acumen

- Knowledge of HR information systems, especially Workday
At least 5 years of solid HR experience, including a minimum of 3 years as an HR Business Partner, preferably within the retail, cosmetics, or FMCG sectors.
Bachelor’s degree or higher
