1. Coordinate and administer learning programs, including workshops, virtual sessions, and leadership development initiatives.
2. Manage learning platforms and tools, ensuring data accuracy, user experience optimization, and timely reporting.
3. Support talent processes such as onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.
4. Provide project and operational support to ensure effective and timely delivery of learning and talent initiatives.
5. Produce analyses, reports, and summary documents.
6. Collaborate with colleagues across regions and cultures to gain exposure to global working practices.

1. Bachelor’s degree in economics, psychology, or related disciplines; a master’s degree in HR is advantageous.
2. Fluency in English and Italian.

3. Analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
4. Problem-solving capabilities.

No prior experience required, though a passion for people management and development is essential.
