- Coordinate and administer learning programs, including workshops, virtual sessions, and leadership development initiatives.
- Manage learning platforms and tools, ensuring data accuracy, user experience optimization, and timely reporting.
- Support talent processes such as onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Provide project and operational support to ensure effective and timely delivery of learning and talent initiatives.
- Produce analyses, reports, and summary documents.
- Collaborate with colleagues across regions and cultures to gain exposure to global working practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, psychology, or related disciplines; a master’s degree in HR is advantageous.
- Fluency in English and Italian.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong teamwork and relationship-building abilities.
- Analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Problem-solving capabilities.
No prior experience required, though a passion for people management and development is essential.
Bachelor’s degree in economics, psychology, or related disciplines; a master’s degree in HR is advantageous.
