1. Coordinate and administer learning programs, including workshops, virtual sessions, and leadership development initiatives.
2. Manage learning platforms and tools to ensure accurate data, smooth user experience, and timely reporting.
3. Assist in talent processes such as onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.
4. Provide project and operational support to ensure effective delivery of learning and talent initiatives.
5. Produce analyses, reports, and summary documents.
6. Collaborate with colleagues across regions and cultures.

1. Bachelor’s degree in economics, psychology, or related disciplines; master’s degree in HR preferred.
2. Fluency in English and Italian.

2. Strong teamwork and relationship-building abilities.
3. Analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
4. Problem-solving capabilities.

No specific experience required, but a passion for people management and development is essential.
