1. Support recruitment activities including job postings, interview arrangements, and candidate guidance.
2. Maintain recruitment information and channels.
3. Assist in the statistical analysis of recruitment data and propose optimization suggestions.
4. Facilitate onboarding and exit processes, including physical examination arrangements.
5. Manage document scanning and archiving.
6. Translate relevant documents.
7. Coordinate intern team management across departments, including attendance management.
8. Assist in organizing and implementing HR team projects or activities.
9. Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.

1. University student pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in human resources or administration management.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
2. Strong English reading and writing skills.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Ability to learn quickly and execute tasks efficiently.
5. Teamwork spirit.

No prior experience required, but a passion for human resources and administration is essential.

Currently enrolled in a university program, pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher.
