1. Achieve talent acquisition targets for European countries within budget and timelines.
2. Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure recruitment aligns with organizational culture and growth strategy.
3. Draft job descriptions and post job openings.
4. Screen applications, schedule and conduct interviews, and manage communication with candidates.
5. Track and monitor hiring processes, including internal mobility.
6. Process offer emails and initiate pre-employment activities.
7. Provide regular vacancy updates and maintain the hiring database.
8. Organize induction plans and welcome meetings for new employees.
9. Support HR administrative processes and manage the Workday system.
10. Update organizational charts regularly.
11. Produce analyses, reports, and summaries as needed.
12. Provide general HR support and respond to employee inquiries.

1. University graduate with excellent academic performance.
2. Fluency in written and spoken English; additional European languages are advantageous.

University degree with excellent scores.
