- Achieve talent acquisition targets for European countries within budget and timelines.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure recruitment aligns with organizational culture and growth strategy.
- Draft job descriptions and post job openings.
- Screen applications, schedule and conduct interviews, and manage communication with candidates.
- Track and monitor hiring processes, including internal mobility.
- Process offer emails and initiate pre-employment activities.
- Provide regular vacancy updates and maintain the hiring database.
- Organize induction plans and welcome meetings for new employees.
- Support HR administrative processes and manage the Workday system.
- Update organizational charts regularly.
- Produce analyses, reports, and summaries as needed.
- Provide general HR support and respond to employee inquiries.
- University graduate with excellent academic performance.
- Fluency in written and spoken English; additional European languages are advantageous.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Innovative mindset with a focus on HR opportunities and trends.
- Team-oriented with a strong service mentality.
- Results-focused and enthusiastic about learning and development.
- Passion for luxury and sustainability.
No specific experience required, but a desire to learn and develop in HR is essential.
University degree with excellent scores.
