- Implement people processes in collaboration with business leaders to achieve key targets such as growth, profitability, and employee engagement.
- Serve as a professional Business Partner to internal stakeholders, ensuring excellent service delivery.
- Manage the full spectrum of HR processes including Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Learning and Development, Budgeting, and Compensation & Benefits.
- Ensure timely and cost-effective talent acquisition and effective onboarding of new employees.
- Implement performance management processes aligned with business needs to support local management in achieving targets.
- Support the implementation of Group Talent Management processes to foster people growth and build future talent pools.
- Develop trusted partnerships with internal business clients, providing coaching and advice on people-related matters and supporting organizational design.
- Ensure legal compliance by monitoring human resource legal requirements, conducting investigations, maintaining records, and representing the organization at hearings.
- Manage employee relations, including regular dialogue with the Works Council and negotiation of works agreements.
- Provide counseling to employees and supervisors, offering advice and resources for performance or employment issues.
- Ensure proper implementation of HR Admin & Operations processes in alignment with local labor law and Group guidelines.
- Lead HR initiatives to align with business objectives and priorities.
- Foster a diverse, imaginative, and empowered working environment.
- Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or HR Management.
- 3-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist in structured, globally present organizations.
- 2-3 years of experience in the luxury, sport, or lifestyle business.
- Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with modern HR Information Systems management.
- Strong organizational effectiveness and talent management skills.
- Expertise in compensation and benefits, HR budgeting, controlling, and reporting.
- Solid knowledge of French labor law and employee relations, including work council relationships.
- High degree of passion, entrepreneurship, and commitment.
- Ability to develop effective relationships with employees and management.
- Capability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Project management skills, able to coordinate multifunctional activities and information flows.
3-5 years as an HR Generalist in structured, globally present organizations, with 2-3 years in the luxury, sport, or lifestyle business.
Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or HR Management.
