- Implement and oversee people processes, collaborating with business leaders to achieve key targets such as growth, profitability, and employee engagement.
- Serve as a professional Business Partner to internal stakeholders, ensuring excellent service delivery.
- Manage the full spectrum of HR processes, including Talent Acquisition & Management, Employee Engagement, Learning & Development, Budgeting, and Compensation & Benefits, in alignment with Group guidelines.
- Ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of required talents, effective onboarding, and orientation of new employees.
- Implement effective performance management processes aligned with business needs to support local management in achieving targets.
- Support the implementation of Group Talent Management processes, fostering people growth and building a future talent pool.
- Develop trusted partnerships with internal business clients, providing challenge, coaching, and advice on people-related matters.
- Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource legal requirements, conducting investigations, and maintaining records.
- Foster an effective employee relations culture through regular dialogue with the Works Council and negotiating work agreements.
- Provide counseling to employees and supervisors, serving as a resource for performance or employment-related issues.
- Ensure proper implementation of all HR Admin & Operations processes in compliance with local labor laws and Group guidelines.
- Contribute actively to HR support, leading the implementation of HR initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Promote a diversified, imaginative, and empowered working environment.
- Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or HR Management.
- 3-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist in structured, globally present organizations.
- 2-3 years of experience in the luxury, sport, and lifestyle business.
- Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with modern HR Information Systems.
- Strong organizational effectiveness skills.
- Expertise in Talent Acquisition and Management.
- Proficiency in Compensation & Benefits, HR Budgeting, Controlling, and Reporting.
- Solid knowledge of French Labor Law and employee relations, including work council relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Project management capabilities, with the ability to coordinate multifunctional activities and information flows.
A minimum of 3-5 years as an HR Generalist in structured, globally present organizations, with 2-3 years in the luxury, sport, and lifestyle sectors.
Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or HR Management.
