- Comprehend the business model, objectives, and processes of the production plants, ensuring the precise implementation of people management processes according to Group guidelines.
- Proactively support the Plant Director and Group HR function in organizational development of the plants.
- Act as a positive change agent and performance improvement driver, aligning with Group values and guidelines to achieve defined performance levels.
- Ensure the acquisition of necessary talent for company growth, focusing on skills, leadership, and engagement within defined timelines and resources.
- Implement the Talent Management process in collaboration with the HQ Talent function to foster growth and build a talent pool capable of meeting plant and Kering Eyewear development objectives.
- Ensure local implementation of Compensation & Benefits processes in accordance with Group guidelines and procedures.
- Oversee local implementation of Budgeting and Reporting processes as per Group standards.
- Ensure correct local implementation of HR Admin & Operations processes, adhering to Group compliance guidelines and regulations.
- Manage Employee & Industrial Relations processes to maximize opportunities and minimize risks, collaborating with internal and external partners.
- Execute cross-functional HR projects in alignment with the HR Director Corporate & Operations.
- Develop a sustainable, diverse, and empowered work environment, serving as a listening point for employees and the organization.
- Guide, support, and contribute to the continuous professional development of employees, promoting a collaborative and meritocratic environment.
- Degree in Economics or related disciplines and/or a Master's in Human Resources.
- Passion for People Management and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Empathy, effective listening, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and major HRIS systems.
- Good command of the English language.
A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in similar roles is required.
Degree in Economics or related disciplines and/or a Master's in Human Resources.
