1. Implement people management processes within assigned functions by collaborating with relevant leaders to achieve business and organizational targets.
2. Ensure timely and cost-effective talent acquisition for assigned functions to support the organization's mid and long-term development.
3. Lead the Organizational Design & Effectiveness process for assigned functions to support growth, change, and team performance targets.
4. Lead the Performance and Talent Management process in collaboration with dedicated functions to support people growth and career development.
5. Implement Compensation & Benefits, Budgeting, and Reporting processes.
6. Implement Employee Relations processes within assigned functions.
7. Support HR Admin & Operations processes in collaboration with internal HR Administration and Group Shared Service Centers.
8. Execute cross-functional HR projects.
