- Implement people management processes within assigned functions by collaborating with relevant leaders to achieve business and organizational targets.
- Ensure timely and cost-effective talent acquisition for assigned functions to support the organization's mid and long-term development.
- Lead the Organizational Design & Effectiveness process for assigned functions to support growth, change, and team performance targets.
- Lead the Performance and Talent Management process in collaboration with dedicated functions to support people growth and career development.
- Implement Compensation & Benefits, Budgeting, and Reporting processes.
- Implement Employee Relations processes within assigned functions.
- Support HR Admin & Operations processes in collaboration with internal HR Administration and Group Shared Service Centers.
- Execute cross-functional HR projects.
- 3 to 4 years of working experience
