- Implement people processes in collaboration with business leaders to achieve growth, profitability, and employee engagement targets.
- Serve as a professional Business Partner to internal stakeholders, ensuring excellent service delivery.
- Ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of required talents.
- Implement Group Talent Management processes to support employee growth and build a future talent pool.
- Manage a comprehensive range of HR processes and activities in alignment with Group guidelines, including Talent Acquisition & Management, Employee Engagement, Learning & Development, Budgeting, and Compensation & Benefits.
- Implement an effective performance management process aligned with business needs.
- Lead Employee Relations and contribute to the preservation and development of company culture.
- Develop trusted partnerships with internal business clients, offering coaching and advice on people-related matters and engagement strategies.
- Collaborate with the local Kering Shared Service Center on HR Admin & Operations processes, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and Group guidelines.
- Foster a diverse, imaginative, and empowered working environment.
- Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or HR Management.
- 4-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist in structured, globally present organizations.
- 2-3 years of experience in the luxury, sport & lifestyle business.
- Knowledge of employee legislation and local labor laws.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- High degree of passion, entrepreneurship, and commitment.
- People-oriented and results-driven.
- Team player with effective communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Well-organized and process-driven with effective prioritization skills.
- Project management skills, capable of coordinating multifunctional activities and information flows.
A minimum of 4-5 years as an HR Generalist in globally present organizations, with 2-3 years in the luxury, sport & lifestyle sector.
Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or HR Management.
